Year 4 have been learning all about the 8 phases of the moon using Oreo biscuits. It was a delicious science lesson. Please take time to look at our work and comment or ask us a question. Sorry it's been a while since the blog has been updated because we've been so busy working hard! Here are some pictures to give you an idea about of some of the things that have been going on in class. Please feel free to comment. To everybody at Tanfield I hope this helps you picture our school and class better and a lot of us might have mentioned a few of these things in our letters to you. Year 4 are currently starting their new topic all about space. Do you know any interesting facts about space? If you do please comment as we would like to find out as much as we can about sparkly space. Year 4 were busy on Tuesday doing a little bit of drama about the story of Saint George, finishing our work based on castles this term. Here is one example of the imovies we created. Great team-work Year 4! Were we as good as the actors at the theatre on Wednesday???
Today we practiced some of the methods we have learnt, so far this year.Hopefully Year 4 will remember all of these after all the chocolate over Christmas! May need a bit of perfecting but I think Year 4 have made some very persuasive adverts! Might you hear this on Metro Radio?
